Strategic Plans

In 2012, with the goal of presenting a vision for Norman Creek, N4C developed strategic plans for a number of sites in our catchment, which were drawn up by then-N4C president and landscape architect Ashley Nicholson.

The plans propose new scenarios for key project sites within the Norman Creek Catchment.  The aim is to deliver balanced social, economic and environmental outcomes and respond to predicted population growth and climate change.  The process entails:

  1. mapping the catchment using geographic information systems;
  2. developing landscape concept plans for key project sites;
  3. presenting the vision to the community and key stakeholders;
  4. using the plans to guide N4C's future work.
