Rome St Indigenous Revegetation Pilot

Rome St (not Roma St) Park is a small park in Coorparoo, near Norman Park, on the bank of Norman Creek. N4C's grant application under the federal Communities Environment Program was successful, and we plan to revegetate 2000 sq m of plain mown grass with native plants for birds, bees and butterflies.
Preparations have begun, so keep an eye out for:
  • Community Planting events in April, May and June
  • Formation of a new bushcare group
  • Site preparation sessions
